Rittenhouse Square Penthouse

We created a luxury home in downtown Philadelphia.

We faced challenges throughout the build, such as materials having to fit inside the elevator or travel up 20 flights of stairs. We worked with the Historical Society to ensure the facade complied with the aesthetics of the building and neighborhood.

We used the finest materials from all over the world, many of which had extensive lead times. We coordinated the project with the owner, architect, structural and mechanical engineers, interior designer and landscape designer.

Although we faced obstacles during the build, the home is as beautiful as the views it overlooks.
