Addition & Home Renovations

One home. Two different families. One very unique situation. We helped renovate the same home for two separate homeowners, something that doesn’t happen often.

For the first family we completed additions to the rear, front and side of the home. We installed brand new interior and exterior throughout the house. A new basement was excavated, with the intent of finishing the basement later. In the meantime, however, the house was sold.

The next homeowners contacted Weaver to finish the basement and other jobs around the home. We modified stairways to gain headroom. A prior addition was made into an area for the kids, complete with a bathroom, rock climbing walls and customized reading cubbies.

In the end two homeowners ended up happy with the same house!
