You have something a lot of contractors don't - honest hard working employees. At no point in my experience did I feel for one second I was getting mislead or taken for the lack of a better term. I'm a former Chesco resident relocated back to Delco so I know the difference in quality of people and workmanship.
Tom Martin was the only estimator I had that listened and arrived fully prepared to give a concise proposal. Tom took the time to re-cap before leaving and when I received the proposal it was 100% complete unlike 2 others from the competition. The roof crew (Alan & Ervin?) were timely, neat, and respectful of the neighbors etc. The only thing you heard from them was the sound of shingles coming off and going back on. Each day they left, you wouldn't know they were there. Then the siding crew (Eugene & Bill), these guys are perfectionists! I can't get over how good plain white siding can look when it's done right.Compared to what was there before. The new window and door look and operate perfect, they even cleaned the windows on their way down the pole jacks (the wife loves these guys!).
You run a real professional company with proper equipment and most importantly skilled craftsmen. I have been a do it yourself-er and have been reluctant to use contractors due to the horror stories. Your guys changed my entire opinion - 30 years of skepticism changed in 3 weeks Amazing !!! I know your sign will remain on my lawn and I will continue recommending Weaver to my family, friends, and neighbors."
