New Home Construction

Creating Memories to Last a Lifetime.

The first day of school. Prom pictures. A cap and gown. A proposal. An empty nest. A new home from Weaver will ensure all of life’s most important moments take part within the walls of your house. From a busy house filled with children’s laughter, to a quiet dwelling filled with the warmth of loved ones, we build homes that last a lifetime.

Traditional 2-Story | Narvon, PA

When the owners of this home came to Weaver there was only a vision of what would become a beautiful home. The property stood on a seven acre lot, secluded in the woods. We worked with the homeowners studying other homes and what features could work for their dream home.

The final result was a custom home completely designed with their needs in mind. The homeowners originally wanted 6″ stone, but for cost saving purposes we used 2″ real cut stone on the side that met with the 6″ stone. A mudroom was designed with the family’s dogs in mind and a rear sunroom was designed to look like a three-season room. Finally, we added a finished basement with a fireplace and a kitchen, which provides plenty of daylight.

Mainline Classic | Gladwyne, PA

A family we had been working with for quite some time on design ideas finally came to the decision to just tear down their current home and rebuild.

We partnered with an architect to design the home. Weaver was the lead on the project, directing site/storm water process, removal of the existing home, rebuilding the new home, all while saving their existing swimming pool.

Four years after the home was built, we were called in again to finish the basement, which was built with the plan that it would be completed eventually. In the end, the family didn’t have to move to get an updated and renovated home.

Mountain Chalet | New Holland, PA

A beautiful plot of land in the mountains of New Holland stood empty. The owners of the land had ideas of what the home could be and contacted Weaver to complete the design build. Weaver helped those ideas come to life.

Stone was a large proponent of the build and we incorporated stone in the owner’s trophy safe, master shower, kitchen hood and other areas of the home. In fact, custom stone molds were created for specific areas. In addition to stone, we used reclaimed barn floor in the trophy room.

In the end, this project truly represents the wilderness and natural surroundings of the mountains.
