Groff’s Funeral Home

Renovation often calls for repurposing a building. That was the case with Groff’s Funeral Home. The building they were moving into needed to be converted from an old parking garage to something more suitable to the funeral business, and they relied on Weaver to do the job. We restored old windows and added new sound-proof windows facing the street. We also uncovered and restored the antique wooden floors. One of the more challenging aspects of the renovation was the installation of a large elevator in the center of the structure. A pit was excavated inside the building in order to accommodate the machinery necessary for an elevator large enough for transporting caskets. The challenge was met and Groff’s is pleased with their newest location.

Distefano Landscaping | Downingtown, PA

There is no better advertising than word-of-mouth from customers who are pleased with the work you did for them. Spaz Beverage liked our work so much they recommended us to DiStefano Landscape Services. DiStefano now boasts an attractive building mixing split-face block with courses of smooth block. Aluminum doors and windows and steel canopies over the side entrance really help this block and bar joist structure stand out. Now we have two very satisfied customers!

Schramm | West Chester, PA

First impressions mean a lot. Recently, Weaver put new rubber roofs on four of Schramm, Inc.’s buildings. The quality of our work and level of service we provided gave Schramm a great first impression of Weaver. When the time came to upgrade their lobby, corridor and reception area, they knew Weaver would do the job right. We removed the plaster on the walls down to the original masonry. New Decora glass blocks and a tile stairway with a powder-coated steel railing added just the right touches. Now Schramm’s lobby and reception area are making great first impressions on the clients they host from around the world.
