Mel Weaver

Mel Weaver began the Company in 1973, at the age of 23, building residential homes and commercial buildings. In the beginning, Mel and his employees performed many of the trade disciplines included, concrete work, framing, siding, roofing, and interior finishes. In 1979 Mel added two minority shareholders as the company continued to grow and separated into two separate divisions, residential and commercial. The Company was Incorporated in 1986 and added a separate roofing and exterior division in 1988. Mel grew the Company to annual sales of $10 million in 1999 and $20 million in 2004. In 2007, Mel bought out his minority shareholders and entered in a new partnership with his two oldest sons, Ken and Randy. At that time, Mel shifted the President duties to Ken Weaver and Mel took on the title of CEO.
