During construction of the main home, the owner left an area unfinished, which he envisioned as a garage for his car collection. After the lot sat vacant for years, he called an architect to design a Man Cave/Garage as a secondary residence next to his home. The architect called on Weaver to be the general contractor.
Limestone masonry was used for the exterior of the structure, as well as zinc siding and roofing. Crestron Electronics integrated the controls for the blinds, lighting, audio and intercom to the main house. We installed heated tile floors throughout the structure, including the garage. The garage doors are made of glass that match the panels adjacent to it.
The Man Cave is a sleek design, which keeps luxury cars safe and is a solace for the homeowner.
