Founded in 1973, Weaver Companies, Inc. is a continuation of the building business started by Mel Weaver’s Old Order Mennonite father, Amos. He began a building business to supplement his farming income. Amos established a reputation for quality work at fair prices and was known for his integrity and work ethic. Today, Weaver Companies’ family of services and nearly 100 employees are still known for these original values of quality craftsmanship, honor and hard work.

Our crews travel throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding areas building homes and commercial structures, installing all types of exterior building products, and completing dozens of residential remodeling projects each year.

All four of Mel’s sons are active in the business. Ken Weaver, president of construction services, manages the company’s residential and commercial construction units. Randy Weaver is president of the real estate services side. Mel’s other sons, Larry and Dale Weaver, continue to play vital roles in the day-to-day operations of the firm. The Weaver Companies Inc. is built to be a solid, reputable family-run business for generations.
